Orthophotography of Andalusia (2016)
Top-of-the-line orthophotographs corresponding to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The pixel size is 25cm and 50cm, with 2016 being the year of data capture. The distribution and download units are the sheets of the Topographic Map of Andalusia 1: 10,000, for the resolution at 50cm, and MTN sheets 1: 5,000, for the resolution at 25cm, according to areas.
The download provides us with a jpeg2000 file with georeferencing information included in the file based on digital photogrammetric flights of the year 2016, of 0.25 and 0.50 meters of geometric resolution.

The objective of the National Plan for Aerial Orthophotography (PNOA) is to obtain digital aerial orthophotographs with a resolution of 25 or 50 cm and high precision digital elevation models (DEM) of the entire Spanish territory, with an update period of 2 or 3 years, depending on the area.
Aerial photography is the basis for the realization of cartography and geographic information in general, land occupation, urban planning and spatial planning, cadastre, forest management, hydrography, etc. Using the same starting photogrammetric data, a perfect geometric and temporal coherence of the cartographic and geographic databases existing in all administrations is also achieved.

Para generar el mosaico, se ha utilizado la información procedente de diversos Planes PNOA de las distintas Comunidades Autónomas. Este mosaico procede directamente de los ficheros que componen la imagen considerando las ortofotos interiores y colindantes a la hoja, de acuerdo al criterio de máxima actualidad. La imagen resultante es rectangular y sin ausencia de información en los bordes. Como resultado se obtiene: -Mosaico RGB de máxima actualidad comprimido por hojas MTN50 en sistema ETRS89 y en formato ECW, con factor de compresión 6. -Shape de máxima actualización.
En función de las fechas de las ortofotos que intervienen en el mosaico se establecen dos criterios: 1.- Para ortofotos de distinta fecha prevalece la más actual. 2.- Para ortofotos de igual fecha prevalece la de más resolución.

2. Control de compresión, integridad y legibilidad.
Se comprueba que el fichero cumple con los criterios de integridad y legibilidad. Se comprueba que el factor de compresión del fichero ECW sea 6.

3. Control de la información de georreferenciación.
Se comprueba los aspectos relacionados con la georreferenciación, tales como la proyección cartográfica, sistema de referencia, coordenadas del corte y resolución. Así como la exactitud posicional mediante puntos de control.

4. Revisión visual de la ortofoto.
Se comprueba la geometría interna del mosaico, así como la falta de imagen tanto en el interior como en los bordes de la hoja rectangular del MTN50.

5. Revisión de cases entre Mosaicos MTN50.
Se comprueba que no exista ningún problema geométrico en el case entre los distintos mosaicos.
